Symphoricarpos; Snowberry: 


The RHS writes ‘the majority sucker freely’ – so this means you plant one and the following year several more appear many feet from the one you planted.


The roots are really hard to dig out as well. If this is not a problem for you then Snowberry’s can be quite attractive, not enough to warrant a place in a small garden!


We haven’t used them in any of our small garden designs – but we do use lots of other plants that are much better (we think).
