Myosotis – Forget me Not

Myosotis; Forget me Not:

Who doesn’t love Forget me Not?

It’s a really pretty flower – but it does it self seeds itself everywhere, which is OK as it is so such an easy plant to pull up.

If you want to reduce the self seeding, pull the plants up before  the seeds are ready, if you choose not to (or maybe you forget to) it doesn’t really matter it’s just that next spring you’ll have even more swathes of blue flowers.

Once it has finished flowering though it does rather resemble a Glastonbury reveller at the end of the Festival – so best removed!

We’ve used it in:

spring smiles soggy bottoms and sun
